Founded in 2006 Hanneforth is an innovative producer and marketer of gluten-free foods with special focus on fresh baked goods, bakery pre-mixes, flours for baking, cakes and fibre-enriched biscuits. The own facilities have a production capacity of 5 t pre-mixes and will allow the production of 500 kg breads per day. The company's philosophy is the production of products with "plain" taste and of high quality. Therefore product development bases on the selection of high-quality raw materials, a minimum of additives and exclusion of wheat starch, colouring agents and flavour enhancers.
